There are some simple rules we like to follow that would let us all enjoy and have a wonderful time. Select Yes if you want to add food or alcoholic drinks.  We have non-alcoholic drinks available as well.  

• Our timings are fixed.
• Advance Bookings are compulsory so that everyone can have a good time.
• Deposit Fees are compulsory. Rooms without paid booking fees are eligible for walk-ins. Booking fees will be refunded from the total bill during checkout. 
• You are responsible for your personal items and belongings.
• Any loss or damage to the property would result in extra charges applicable.
• Outside Food or Drinks are not allowed in the room premises. You may bring a cake if you want.
• We have a No-Smoking policy. You may go outside and smoke if you want.
• Any improper behavior will not be tolerated. All our guests need to follow these guidelines.
